More over, I have rang the number given on your website but there is a wrong number tone!
I have been advised by my bank that there is a 30 day resolution period and therefore, it is my expectation that you will respond ASAP or the matter will be forward to their Resolution Team.
In expectation of your immediate reply"
I have spent over £300 and they have taken money and have yet to contact me!

I saw the reviews here after I had ordered and got a bit scared. However, my order went just fine, with delivery at the estimated day, which was on the 4th day from ordering. The product was a gift sent to UK, the size fits and my friend is happy with it.

"They accept orders... Then cancel them"
Placed 2 orders. Payment was taken. Several days later the orders were cancelled by gorewear with no correspondence whatsoever, I just received a 'change of status' update. No idea why. Shouldn't have happened twice, and communication would have been nice...

"Support staff was very understanding"
Support staff was very understanding, kind and solution oriented.
Issue at hand was a pair of Bib shorts, c7 which started to wear and break in the seams was to early. After only about 1300km road biking. (Some people do that distance in under 4-5 weeks)
I went back to the Swedish store XXL where I bought the product and they straightly refused to change out my pants due to me being the sole reason for the issues.
As a last resort i contacted Gorewear more than 10 months later and they took responsibility and quickly acknowledged the issue. I now have a pair of new bibs coming my way, in another size and color to add as cherry on top. Amazing!

If I could give a 0 I would. Worst customer service ever. I ordered an item on the 4th December. It has still not arrived. I keep contacting customer service and keep getting fobbed off. It looks like it has been stuck in shipping since the 15th December. I am battling to get a refund but not getting anywhere. I will never order from these people again.

"Ordered a few pair of gloves back in…"
Ordered a few pair of gloves back in November 2022. No order update what so ever so I tried to cancel the order I placed. No response to my numerous emails either. Then three weeks later the gloves just turns up and then a few days later their so called "customer service" (LOL) contacts me apologising for delays. By this point I had already ordered different gloves from another retailer so I decided to post the item back. Well, the gloves finally got delivered back to Gore Europe in Germany earlier this month. However, I am yet to received a refund for my returns.
This is probably the worst online shopping experience I have ad in my 25 years of online shopping experience! It's a shame as their products are top notch.
Heed my advice, don't bother shopping direct with Gore Wear. You will thank me later.

The jacket I ordered has on the 12th Dec and was shown as despatched on the 15th Dec has still not arrived. Customer care initially said that they would look into it for me, but the last I heard from them was a week ago and the last two e-mails from me have gone unanswered. I am already looking into lodging a claim at the Small Claims Court
