I sent my order back to gorewear.com and the tracking showed it was delivered quickly, so I figured the refund would follow soon after. Instead, it ended up taking a lot longer than I expected, and there really wasn’t much in the way of updates while I was waiting.
Customer service did respond when I reached out, but the replies felt repetitive, like I was getting the same basic answer each time. I did eventually get my money back, so it wasn’t a complete disaster, but the refund process was slower than it should’ve been, and I’d think twice before ordering again

I ordered a jacket in the wrong size and had to send it back. the return was super easy and I got my refund quick. No annoying back-and-forth or anything, which I really apreciated

I ordered a jacket and it showed up way faster than I thought it would... like, around 3 days?? The tracking updated decently too, so I wasn’t just sitting there wondering where it was. Only downside was the box looked a little beat up when it got here!!! But the jacket itself was totally fine, so no real complaints.

I had a jacket where one of the seams started coming loose after a few months. I went through the warranty process, and it definitely took longer than I expected. They asked me to send photos, then later wanted them again, which was a little frustrating. They did fix it in the end, so I’m glad it worked out, but the back and forth got kind of annoying

The clothes actually look really good, but using the site was kind of a headache. Pages were loading slowly, and trying to filter by size felt way more clunky than it needed to be. I had to keep going back and clicking around just to find what I wanted, and it almost felt like they were making it harder on purpose so you’d just browse more or give up and buy whatever popped up first.

It got wet way faster than I expected, so I wouldn’t really call it waterproof. I also reached out to customer service and the replies felt like they were coming from a robot answering emails, which made the whole thing even more frustrating

I picked up a Gorewear jacket last winter and it’s held up better than I expected. It’s been through plenty of rain, mud, and more washes than were probably necessary, but the seams are still solid and the zipper hasn’t given me any trouble. It’s not exactly cheap, but at least it feels like money well spent. Happy with it so far.

I really wanted to like these, but the pockets bounced around constantly while I was running. They made it sound like they’d be secure and good for longer runs, but that just wasn’t the case for me. Frustrating.

I picked up a jacket and bibs from gorewear.com, and the biggest thing I noticed right away is how easy they are to move in. I can stretch, bend, and ride without that annoying tight pull in the shoulders or knees. The fit was pretty much spot on too. I’ve worn them on a few colder rides now and they’ve been solid. i’m usually a little wary of customer service if something goes wrong, so I was glad I didn’t have to deal with that at all. The gear just works and feels like it was made for actually moving around, not just standing there looking outdoorsy.

I really wanted this to work better, but the insulation just feels weak. It doesn’t keep me as warm as I expected, especially in colder weather. I tried reaching out to support about it, but I felt like I got stuck in a loop with the same basic responses and no real solution. Overall, kind of disappointing.

I happened to catch a nice discount, and it actually made the price feel really fair. Felt like a small win for the day since I got what I needed without overpaying.

The product itself might work fine if you’re into darker, more neutral colors, but for what I was looking for, the options felt limited. Most of everything was black or kind of dull, and I was hoping for something brighter or more fun

The fit was fine, no big issue there. But the fabric felt rougher than I expected, especially for the price. I tried to be chill about it, but after a short ride it started irritating my skin a little, which was not exactly a great time. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just felt kind of cheap and uncomfortable...

The quality is solid and it feels like a nice kit but for the price I expected a little more. If you can grab it on sale it feels like a much better deal.

I picked up this gorewear jacket mostly for riding in the evenings, and the visibility has been great. The reflective bits really stand out, like when I’m riding under streetlights, crossing intersections, going past parked cars, or dealing with that shiny wet pavement after it rains. I feel like drivers spot me sooner, especially on darker side streets, roundabouts, and those awkward spots where bike lanes disappear. It’s also comfortable and doesn’t feel bulky, which I appreciate when I’m layering over a jersey or just wearing it for a quick ride to the store. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now in drizzle, wind, cool nights, and regular dry rides, and I’m happy with it. Nothing overly fancy, but it does exactly what I needed it to do.

The exchange itself went okay , but getting the replacement took longer than I expected .

Tried it on a warmer ride and it breathed well. I didn’t get that overly sweaty, stuck-in-it feeling, which was nice. The fit is okay, just... I don’t know, I kind of wish it had a little more room to it. Still good overall.

My order did show up on time, so I’ll give them that, but the packaging was disappointing. The box was flimsy and half crushed by the time it got to me. Luckily the clothes inside were fine, but after being charged right away and not getting much of an update, I was already a little unsure. For the price, I expected the whole experience to feel a bit more put together.

I really appreciate that the delivery actually gets here when they say it will, because you know how sometimes you’re just waiting around wondering if it’s going to be late or if you missed it somehow, but nope, this showed up right on time like expected. Super simple thing, but it makes a big difference.
